Healing happens
in and through
relationships.
"Connection is why we are here;
it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.
I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel
seen, heard, and valued."

A Message from the CEO & Founder - Deb DePolo, LPC
"Relationships are so rewarding and yet such hard work. Managing to stay an individual in the midst of juggling all of the responsibilities of life can at times seem nearly impossible! And yet relationships, both with ourselves and our loved ones, are SO fundamentally important to our mental health. Our relationship experts work with both individuals and couples with a focus on how we relate to and are impacted by the relationships that make our lives most meaningful (and at times most stressful!). We would love the honor of working with you, so please feel free to have a look around the site and reach out with questions or to schedule a consultation with one of our team!"

How to Get Started
-
What is therapy?Therapy is a process in which a person, couple, or family is able to share life struggles, develop goals for creating change, and receive professional perspective and insight in order to live a happier and more satisfying life.
-
What types of problems do you help with?Problems that can be addressed in therapy include relationship distress, sexual intimacy issues, trauma, mood disorders, parenting, and teen issues. See the “Specializations” page for additional areas of focus.
-
Is what I say in therapy kept private? What you share in your therapy sessions is confidential, which means that the information stays between you and your therapist. The only exceptions to confidentiality, in which your information is mandated by law to be reported, are 1) in cases of child, elder, and disabled person abuse or neglect; 2) if you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or someone else; or 3) if your therapist is subpoenaed to testify in court. Outside of these three exceptions, you must release in writing any information that you would like to be disclosed to someone outside of the relationship between yourself and your therapist.
-
What is the session rate? The session fee is $175. Please contact us if this amount does not fit with your financial needs, and we will be happy to discuss working on a sliding scale.
-
Do you accept insurance? No, we don't take insurance. If you want to take advantage of your insurance benefits, receipts can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement, as well as assist you in meeting your annual deductible.
-
How long does therapy last? The therapy process can vary in length depending on your needs. Therapy sessions typically last 50 to 90 minutes, although can be longer or shorter as needed. You and your therapist can discuss length of time needed for therapy in more detail during your initial session and throughout therapy.
-
How often do we meet for my therapy appointments?Appointments can range from as much as three times a week to once every few months depending on your personal need for therapeutic support. Your therapist will make recommendations about what may be most appropriate to ensure that your needs are met.
-
Are you currently accepting new clients?Yes, our therapists are accepting new clients for therapy services at this time.
-
Do you provide remote or in-person therapy? Both! We all offer remote or in-person sessions. Our telehealth sessions are offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal called SimplePractice.
-
